Waste water treatment plants
WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS KMC
Our waste water treatment plants are applied where a connection to the public sewage system is not possible. K.MC. offers various kind of water treatment plants for different needs:
BIOLOGICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (SBR)– “KMC-PULSAR”;
Our “SBE” (sequencing batch reactor) waste water treatment plant KMC-PULSAR is simple and cost effective, and can provide very effective treatment for the removal of BOD, TSS, ammonia, and nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus . To optimize the performance of the system, two or more batch reactors are used in a predetermined sequence of operations. Wastewater is added to the reactor tank, treated to remove undesirable components, and afterwards discharged to surface water or subsurface application. The treatment plant is made by one or more high quality concrete tanks and can be enhanced with different technological packages.
TRICKLING FILTER WASTEWATER TREATMENT “KMC-BIOPER”;
Our KMC trickling filter wastewater treatment plant KMC-BIOPER consists of a fixed bed of rock, gravel, or plastic media over which sewage or other wastewater flows downward and causes a layer of microbial slime (biofilm) to grow, covering the bed of media. The treatment plant works without electricity and is therefore suited also for mountain lodges or shelters. The treatment plants are produced in prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and therefore handling and assembling is quite easy.
