KMC has developed the Easy-Inspection series of inspection chambers in order to provide a final solution for the inspection of the main sewer network.

The inspection chamber is the ideal cost-effective choice to achieve the perfect water-tightness of the sewer systems.

Thanks to its excellent static characteristics, to the perfect water tightness, to the performing features of virgin polyethylene, united to its easy handling and installation, the inspection chamber can be used in any conditions.

The EASY-INSPECTION DN800 manhole has been developed to guarantee an efficient and definitive solution for the inspection of sewage ducts and to have an access also to the confluence of secondary ducts, points where clogging and obstructions often happen. This inspection chamber  can be supplied to the site in monolithic version or in elements with connections up to DN 630, with or without steps. This makes the EASY-INSPECTION system extremely advantageous.

The EASY-INSPECTION DN1000 manhole is resistant to the highest stress. This inspection chamber can be installed at a depht of 6 m. with 4 m. aquifer solicitation and can be  submitted to heavy traffic.  Another product that solves practical problems in the site  and that can be supplied with or without steps, monolithic or in elements. Advantages versus the conventional systems

It can be handled and installed manually

The Easy-Inspection inspection chamber can be supplied to site in one sole element. Thanks to its lightness – up to 95 % less than the concrete inspection chambers – and to its easy installation, it allows for savings on site which can be calculated in working days. This makes the system extremely advantageous. Height adjustment is obtained by shortening the tower, which is already supplied with the appropriate cutting lines.

No surprises or inconveniences

Unlike the conventional concrete systems, the inspection chamber is supplied with several pre-formed settings and drain ditches. Furthermore, the Easy Inspection inspection chamber allows connecting utilities up to DN 200mm directly in the walls between the reinforcement ribs, accurately and at a limited cost.

Reduced volume

The inspection chambers of the Easy-Inspection series require lower excavation volumes than the conventional concrete systems.

Lower cost

The inspection chamber is supplied ready for use; it does not call for heavy means and can be installed in half an hour. It increases productivity and increments the revenues.

Longer average life span of the network

Thanks to its features of resistance and water-tightness, as well as to its multiple settings, the Easy-Inspection inspection chamber is the final solution to develop the secondary sewer networks and the rainwater drains.

EVERYTHING ALWAYS CLEAN

Unlike the conventional concrete systems, the Easy-Inspection inspection chamber features extremely smooth surfaces and the absolute absence of sharp edges. In addition, the 1.5 % incline prevents the deposit of materials.

ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY

The Easy-Inspection inspection chamber releases 75% less CO2 emissions into the atmosphere than the concrete systems.

The inspection chamber has been developed applying the strictest industry standards to resist the most demanding stress. Easy-Inspection – installed at a 6-m depth, with 4 meters of active earth pressure in presence of groundwater and appropriate for heavy traffic conditions- easily adsorbs the stress.

LESS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ACTIONS REQUIRED

The conventional systems are hardly ever provided with elastic sealing. Therefore, with time, the vibrations shall create cracks which will make the system permeable. Subsequently, besides leakages of slurry, inerts shall be carried away, generating clogging and yielding of the surrounding ground. The Easy-Inspection inspection chamber prevents such inconveniences, no matter if supplied in only one element or in parts and joined by rubber seals.
